This is an affordable mid-range fleet management system combined with the Altech Netstar stolen vehicle recovery system. It provides the standard Fleet Management information required by fleet managers, through its GPS/GSM/GPRS platform. It is available with stand-alone software, or can be operated through a web-based software system.
