Boomerang® gives you the freedom to locate your assets through the internet, whenever you want to. You can also subscribe to Altech Netstar"s stolen asset tracking and recovery service, giving you peace of mind of having the protection of a leader in the stolen vehicle tracking and recovery industry.

  • A small, mobile, GPS based tracking system suitable for placing inside assets that need to be tracked.
  • Web based application.
  • Real-time location and tracking through the internet.
  • GPS (Global Positioning System) positioning information transmitted via GPRS (General Packet Radio Service), to provide real-time positions and historical trip information, overlaid on detailed street-level maps.
  • Geo-fencing (setting of go and no-go zones).
  • Movement sensor used for power saving modes.
  • Extensive battery life of up to 4 days, leaving sufficient power to effect a recovery.
  • Communicates data using SMS via GPRS communication.

Rates

There are two purchase options, all prices include VAT and are subject to a 30 day service agreement, enabling you to cancel the agreement at short notice, subject to an early cancellation charge.

Option A: (without recovery service)
The Boomerang® unit is purchased along with a 30-day service agreement. This allows self monitoring of the asset/s via the website with no vehicle tracking and recovery service.

Option B: (with recovery service)
The Boomerang® unit is purchased along with a 30-day service agreement. This allows self monitoring of the asset/s via the website with vehicle tracking and recovery service.
