| Altech Netstar Triumphs at Competition Appeal Court The Competition Appeal Court of South Africa has upheld an appeal by Altech Netstar against the Competition Tribunal’s finding that it had committed a prohibited practice. The Competition Appeal Court set aside the Competition Tribunal’s finding and the finding was dismissed with costs.
