It is essential to test the Altech Netstar unit in your vehicle regularly, we recommend twice a year.
Not only will this ensure peace of mind that the system is operating optimally, but will also familiarise you with our contact number and procedures should you need to contact us in an emergency.
This also gives us the opportunity to ensure that all your contact details are current and correct. This information must be accurate, as it is vital we can make contact with you (and your designated contacts) in an emergency.

HOW TO TEST THE UNIT IN YOUR VEHICLE
- Call the Product Wellness Hotline number, identify yourself, and request a test. The Operator will verify your identity, and explain how the test will be conducted.
- The Operator will initiate the test of the unit, and will contact you within a short while to inform you of the result.

The Operator will refer you to an authorised Fitment Centre for a full system check
There are times when the Control Centre may be focused on multiple recoveries, in which case you may be requested to delay the test for a short period of time.
*There are a few reasons why the unit may need to be checked, including mechanical repairs, auto body repairs, and back-up battery inspection, so please ensure you get it seen to immediately.
