For about the same cost of removing your system from your old vehicle and installing it into your new vehicle, you can simply purchase a new unit.

To take advantage of this offer you need to:

  1. Be an EXISTING ALTECH NETSTAR SUBSCRIBER on a 30-day subscription agreement.
  2. Contact Altech Netstar Customer Services on (011) 207-5006 and inform the Customer Service Agent that you wish to take up this offer.
  3. Provide the agent with your details and simply request that the existing vehicle be cancelled. (Send through by fax or email your request to have your existing vehicle cancelled.)
  4. Enter into a new 30-day or 24-month service contract for your new vehicle.
  5.  If you are on a 36-month rental agreement, then you will only qualify for this offer after 36 months or if you settle the outstanding balance of the months remaining on your rental agreement.
